Manage Projects
GrowthPulse offers a robust Project Management feature that allows you to track and manage ongoing projects for each company.
View and Manage Projects
The Manage Projects feature allows you to view, add, and edit projects associated with a specific company. When you select "Manage Projects" from the company dashboard, you'll see the main projects page.
Page Layout
Company name at the top
Total number of projects for this company
A paginated list of projects (10 projects per page)
Navigation buttons for moving between pages of projects
Action buttons for various functions
Project List Display
For each project, you'll see:
Project name (truncated to 30 characters if longer)
Project status
Action Buttons
View Project: Each project has a "View" button to see full details.
Add New Project: Button to add a new project to the company.
Back to Company Dashboard: Return to the main company view.
View Project Details
When you select a specific project, you'll see a detailed view:
Project name
Description
Deadline
Status
From this view, you can:
Edit the project information
Return to the project list
Add New Project
Clicking "Add New Project" starts a sequential process:
Enter project name
Provide a brief description of the project (or type 'skip' to leave it blank)
Set the project deadline (format: YYYY-MM-DD)
Set the current status of the project
After adding, you'll be shown the new project's details.
Edit Project
From the project details view, you can individually edit:
Name
Description
Deadline
Status
Editing Deadline
When editing the deadline, you must use the format YYYY-MM-DD. The system will validate the date format and provide an error message if it's incorrect. NOTE: The project data, particularly deadlines, is used in other parts of the GrowthPulse system as follows:
Upcoming project deadlines are displayed on the company dashboard.
Project information may be used in AI-generated summaries and insights about the company.
Future project management enhancements that track project progress.
Editing Status
The status field allows you to update the current state of the project. This can be useful for tracking the current status. Future enhancements will track these by data, enabling timeline management.

Track Task Progress: Monitor the completion of tasks and adjust timelines or responsibilities as needed.**Coming Soon**
Collaborate on Tasks: Use GrowthPulse to facilitate communication between team members on specific tasks. **Coming Soon**
Project Timeline: View a chronological timeline of project milestones and key dates.**Coming Soon**
Project Reports: Generate reports summarizing project progress, task completion, and overall status. **Coming Soon**
