  1. Getting Started with the GrowthPulse CRM in Telegram

Simplified Enterprise Onboarding Process

Our goal is to keep onboarding simple and effective and provide something different: a human touch when needed.

Once you make the smart decision to use GrowthPulse as your AI-optimized CRM, we will initiate the onboarding process.

In order to get you effectively set up, we will need the following:

  • Your company information and a signed agreement and licensing set-up form.

  • The names and public telegram IDs of your users, with one or a few designated Administrators.

  • A dedicated company level telegram client account (optional)

  • Any client/prospect information that you want to pre-populate your database with. This can be done today by:

    • Manually filling out a secure form or manually populating the database by hand (Might not be effective for a large number of users).

    • Sending an encrypted excel template (We provide the required structureupon sign up).

    • Partnering with us for a custom build, including a secure document migration process, if you would like to use our secure legal document storage solution.

  • Depending on the size and scale of your set-up, your CRM will be ready in as quickly as a few minutes or potentially a few days.

NOTE: In the future, the entire onboarding process will be fully automated, but for now, there will still be some file sharing required. **More details on this coming soon** Once you sign up, we will walk you through the process.
