Edit Company Information
Allows you to add and change information about the company.
When you select "Edit Company Info" from the company dashboard, you'll be presented with a page that allows you to modify various details about the company. Here's a detailed description of this page and its functionality:
Changing the details of your company is simple from Telegram!
When you select the edit company information page displays the following:
The company name at the top of the page.
A list of editable fields, each represented by a button.
A "Back" button to return to the company dashboard.
You can edit the following company information, among other information:
Website
Address
Twitter, Linkedin, and Other Socials (social media links)
CEO
Phone
Email
Each of these fields is represented by a button on the page.
Editing Process
Select Field to Edit:
Click on the button corresponding to the field you want to edit.
For example, if you want to update the company's website, click the "Website" button.
Current Value Display:
After selecting a field, you'll see the current value of that field (if any).
If the field is empty, you'll see a prompt to enter a new value.
Enter New Value:
You'll be prompted to enter the new value for the selected field.
The prompt will be specific to the field you're editing. For example:
For Website: "Enter the new website URL"
For Address: "Enter the new address"
For CEO: "Enter the new CEO name"
Submit New Value:
After entering the new value, submit it (usually by sending the message).
Confirmation:
The system will update the company information in the database.
You'll see a confirmation message showing the old value and the new value.

After updating a field, you'll be presented with options to:
Edit another field
View the updated company dashboard
Return to the company list
Special Considerations
Data Validation: Currently, we do not limit what you can enter, because the idea is ease of use for you. However, in the future, the system may perform basic validation on the entered data and potential information transformation.
Navigation: At any point during the editing process, you can use the "Back" button to return to the previous screen without making changes.
After making changes, you can navigate back to the main company dashboard to see the updated information reflected.
Only users with appropriate permissions (typically the BDE or salesperson responsible for that account or the Admin in the system) can access and edit this information.
All changes are logged in the system for accountability and tracking purposes.
