Manage Groups: Integrating AI with Telegram's Group Chat Functions

GrowthPulse seamlessly integrates with Telegram to provide real-time updates and reduce the requirements for salespeople to update conversations.

Groups

This Manage Groups feature, with its AI-powered capabilities, sets GrowthPulse apart by providing automated, intelligent insights from your team's communications. It helps in keeping everyone aligned, capturing important information, and deriving actionable insights to drive your business relationships forward, without EVER having to enter notes.

Group List Display

For each group, you'll see in the display:

  • Group name

  • Invite link to join the group - this link is sharable and can be used to invite new members to your group.

This list is a great way to keep track of your critical groups and communications without having to track them all manually in telegram or in another system.

Within the GROUPS utility, there are two key features:

1- Adding a new group

2 -Connecting GrowthPulse to an existing group

Privacy and Security

  • The bot's monitoring and AI features are disclosed to all group members.

  • Access to the group's summaries and notes in the GrowthPulse system is restricted to authorized users.

Integration with Other Features

The Manage Groups feature is tightly integrated with other GrowthPulse functionalities:

  • Summaries generated from group conversations appear in the "Pulsechecks" section.

  • Insights from group conversations can inform the company's status and appear on the company dashboard.
