Using the GrowthPulse Telegram-Integrated CRM Bot

One of the key benefits of the GrowthPulse CRM is that everything - groups, chats, users documents, projects, prospecting, contacts and more- can be managed from the bot via your cell or desktop.

We recommend adding it to a key folder within your Telegram account or pinning it, so you can find it easily.

When you enter the bot, after you are authorized, simply type /start and the main menu will appear. If you have a GrowthPulse license for multiple enterprises, you will first be able to select the organization that you are focused on, then, you will see a summary screen documenting key elements of your relationships, highlighting upcoming meetings and deadlines, when they exist and other pertinent information.

From there, you can:

  • Manage My Accounts: Access and manage the account relationships that you are currently responsible for. These can be classified as Warm Lead, Cold Lead, Client or Unknown (companies that are in the database but that are not yet categorized).

  • Create New Account: Quickly add a new account to your portfolio that does not exist within your existing enterprise database.

  • Search for Companies: Find accounts within your enterprise's database by name (and from a specific account's dashboard you will be able to search by contact).

  • View Other Users Accounts: See the list of other BDEs in your enterprise and view the companies they oversee.

  • Prospecting Dashboard: Want to add a contact with one touch? No more hunting for them on LinkedIn or passing cards around - just send them a code or give them a secure QR and connect seamlessly, storing their information into your CRM.

  • Settings: Feature Coming Soon.

  • Administration: Enables certain roles to delete accounts, remove users and download the entire database in one click. These features can be enabled or disabled.

  • Export Wizard: Enables you to download select accounts for easy retention or to shift to other CRM systems quickly.

  • Change Enterprise: Only visible if you have multiple GrowthPulse licenses across multiple enterprises.

Quick Commands

  • /start: Resets the bot and returns to the main menu in case you deleted it.

  • /help: Opens the help menu to link you back to Gitbook.

  • /feedback: Allows you to send us feedback quickly and we will respond as soon as possible.
