Manage Contacts

The Manage Contacts feature in GrowthPulse allows you to efficiently maintain your contacts in telegram and beyond.

View and Manage Each Company's Contacts

From the Company Summary page, select Manage Contacts to view and manage the contacts associated with the selected company.

Page Layout

  • Company name at the top

  • Total number of contacts for this company

  • A paginated list of contacts (10 contacts per page)

  • Navigation buttons for moving between pages of contacts

  • Action buttons for various functions

Contact List Display

For each contact, you'll immediately see:

  • Contact name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Title

  • TG Handle

Action Buttons

  • View Contact: Each contact has a "View" button to see full details.

  • Add New Contact: Button to add a new contact to the company.

  • Search Contacts: Button to search for specific contacts.

  • Back to Company Dashboard: Return to the main company view.

View Contact Details

When you select a specific contact, you'll see a detailed view:

  • Contact name

  • Company name

  • Title

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Telegram ID

  • Notes

From this view, you can:

  • Edit the contact information (Each item is editable)

  • Return to the contact list

Add New Contact

Clicking "Add New Contact" starts a sequential process:

  1. Enter contact name

  2. Enter phone number (optional)

  3. Enter email (optional)

  4. Enter title (optional)

  5. Enter Telegram ID (optional)

  6. Add any notes (optional)

After adding, you'll be shown the new contact's details.

Search Contacts

The search functionality allows you to find specific contacts quickly.

  1. Click "Search Contacts" button

  2. Enter the name (or part of the name) you're searching for

  3. The system will display results, including:

    • Exact matches

    • Similar matches (based on partial name matches)

  4. For each matching contact, you'll see a "View" button to see full contact details

After Search Options

  • Perform another search

  • Return to the full contact list

Special Features

  1. Pagination: If a company has more than 10 contacts, they'll be divided into pages for easier navigation.

  2. Alphabetical Sorting: Contacts are sorted alphabetically by name for easy scanning.
