Selecting A Company For View

From the Manage Your Company Dashboard, you can select a company and it will take you to the company summary page.

Viewing the Company Summary

When you select a company, you will be able to interact with that company's information in many ways. First, you will see a detailed dashboard with the following information:

• Company name and basic details (website, address, socials, CEO, phone, email)

• Current status (Cold Prospect, Warm Prospect, or Existing Client)

• Number of Telegram groups, contacts, summaries, legal documents, notes, and projects

• Date of the next meeting (if scheduled)

• More details depending on what you have saved.

From this dashboard, you can access various management features: Key Features within Manage Companies

• Status: This button allows you to update the status of the account, from Unknown to Cold, Warm, or Client.

• Edit Info: Update key details such as the company's name, address, CEO, and more.

• Groups: Create or manage Telegram groups linked to the company that have AI powered tracking and notes storage features. From here, you will be able to add a new group or connect an existing group.

• Contacts: Add, view, or edit contacts associated with the company. This is also where your new connections/ and user level contacts will be stored from prospecting efforts.

• Projects: Oversee ongoing projects, update their status, or create new projects.

• Meetings: Schedule new meetings or review upcoming ones, and store new contacts in the databses appropriately.

• Pulsechecks: Access AI-powered summaries for the accounts Telegram groups.

• Manage Legal Documents: Upload, store and later access documents in a central one-stop location
