GrowthPulse supports team collaboration by allowing multiple users to access and manage company information.

View Other Users Accounts

The "View Other Users Accounts" feature allows you to see the companies that your colleagues are managing and see and claim unassigned companies. Unassigned companies are those in your organizations list of prospects that have not been assigned a sales or service leader.

Main Page Layout

• List of users in your enterprise

• Each user entry shows:

  • User's name

  • Username (e.g., @username)

  • Number of companies they manage

• Option to view unassigned accounts

Viewing a Colleague's Companies

• Click on "View [User]'s Companies" to see a list of companies managed by that user

• For each company, you can view basic information, but cannot edit

• This feature allows for awareness of other accounts without breaching privacy.

Unassigned Companies

• Access through a dedicated "View Unassigned Companies" button

• Shows a list of Accounts not currently assigned to any user in your enterprise

• For each unassigned Account, you see:

  • Company name and Information

  • Option to claim the company
