Onboarding includes custom training, and access to quick human support.
Every onboarding will include:
Video Call with key users to:
Demonstrate each GrowthPulse features
Explain the Telegram integration approach and how to connect and disconnect your groups.
Show how to use the AI-powered summary feature
Detail out the document storage solution
Provide access to manuals, and more detailed training guides.
We will be available for direct support for all users for the first month of use, and then on an as-needed basis, particularly as new features and tools are rolled out.
Behind the scenes, we will be closely monitoring system performance and usage closely for at least the first week after every go-live date.
