Adding a New Account

If you have sourced your own lead or found an interested partner that is not in your organizations database, you have the ability to create a new company and add it to your coverage list.

Action Steps

  • Click "Create New Company"

  • Enter the company name

  • The system checks again for similar names to avoid duplicates

  • Confirm creation of the new company

After Adding a New Company

  • The system creates the company profile

  • You're directed to the company dashboard to add more details

  • The new company appears in your "Manage Companies" list

Special Considerations

  • The behind-the-scenes search helps prevent duplicate entries across the enterprise

  • If you try to add a company that has a similar name as another user, you will be asked to confirm that its an action you want to take.

  • Names of companies are important. Editing a name is not a utility available in the front end today, but in the future, this will be enabled.
