Adding a New Account
If you have sourced your own lead or found an interested partner that is not in your organizations database, you have the ability to create a new company and add it to your coverage list.
Action Steps
Click "Create New Company"
Enter the company name
The system checks again for similar names to avoid duplicates
Confirm creation of the new company
After Adding a New Company
The system creates the company profile
You're directed to the company dashboard to add more details
The new company appears in your "Manage Companies" list
Special Considerations
The behind-the-scenes search helps prevent duplicate entries across the enterprise
If you try to add a company that has a similar name as another user, you will be asked to confirm that its an action you want to take.
Names of companies are important. Editing a name is not a utility available in the front end today, but in the future, this will be enabled.
