Data Export Wizard

On occassion, users may wish to review or look at their data offline. They can do this with individual accounts using the data export wizard.

Selecting and Using the Data Export Wizard

Once you select the tool, you will see a list of information to download for export. Each of these items can be toggled on or off by clicking the checkbox. Default is set to export all items.

At the bottom right of the box, there is a button "Format". This allows you to toggle between Excel (XLSX) and CSV formats. Simply click on the button to change the format.

Once your settings are good, select the download export and your file will be downloaded to your computer in a zip file (which can be scanned for safety before opening). Then, each of the information will be viewable in the tabs and individual files.

NOTE: This is only available for the accounts an individual user covers. In order to download the entire database, a user must be an admin.
