GrowthPulse offers several advanced features that enhance your CRM experience and provide deeper insights into your business development efforts.

Account Search

This feature allows you to search for existing companies across your enterprise and access them faster than scrolling through the list.

• Access via "Search Company" from the main menu

  • Enter a company name or part of a name

  • The system searches across:

    • Your own companies

    • Companies managed by colleagues

    • Unassigned companies

Search Results Display

• Exact matches (if any)

• Similar matches

• For each result, you see:

  • Company name

  • Owner (you, another user, or unassigned)

    • For your companies, click to go directly to the ciew company page, where you can make edits and changes.

  • Option to view or claim (if unassigned)
