Manage Legal Docs

GrowthPulse enables you to manage important documents for each company, ensuring all relevant files are organized and easily accessible.

The Manage Legal Documents feature allows you to upload, view, download, and delete legal documents associated with a specific company. This centralized document management system ensures that all important legal paperwork is easily accessible and organized.

  • Company name at the top

  • A list of all legal documents associated with the company

  • Action buttons for various functions

Document List Display

For each document, you'll see:

  • Document name

  • Brief description of the document

Action Buttons

  • View Document: Each document has a "View" button to see full details.

  • Add New Document: Button to upload a new legal document to the company.

  • Back to Company Dashboard: Return to the main company view.

View Document Details

When you select a specific document, you'll see a detailed view:

  • Document name

  • Description

  • Date added

  • Options to download or delete the document

Download Document

Clicking the "Download Document" button will initiate the download of the file to your device.

Delete Document

The "Delete Document" option allows you to remove the document from the system. Use this with caution, as deletion is permanent.

Clicking "Add New Document" starts the upload process:

  1. You'll be prompted to upload a document file.

  2. After the file is uploaded, you'll be asked to provide a brief description of the document.

  3. The system will confirm that the document has been added successfully.

File Types and Sizes

  • The system accepts various file types typically used for legal documents (e.g., PDF, DOC, DOCX).

  • There may be a file size limit (not specified in the provided code, but typically exists in such systems).

Document Storage and Security

  • Documents are stored securely within the system, associated with the specific company.

  • Access to these documents is restricted to users with appropriate permissions for the company.

Special Features

  1. Date Tracking: The system automatically records the date when each document is added.

  2. Description Management: You can add and view descriptions for each document, making it easier to understand the content without having to open the file.
