GrowthPulse includes a comprehensive Meeting Management feature that helps you schedule, track, and manage meetings efficiently.

View & Manage Meetings

The Manage Meetings feature allows you to view upcoming meetings and schedule new meetings for a specific company. Here's a breakdown of the current functionality and a preview of exciting features coming soon.

View Upcoming Meetings

When you select "Manage Meetings" from the company dashboard, you'll see:

  • Company name at the top

  • A list of upcoming meetings, including:

    • Meeting description

    • Date and time of the meeting

  • If there are no upcoming meetings, you'll see a message indicating this

Add New Meeting

To add a new meeting:

  1. Click the "Add new meeting" button

  2. Enter the meeting description when prompted

  3. Enter the date and time for the meeting (format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM)

  4. The system will confirm that the meeting has been added

  5. This information will be tracked on the main dashboard so you can easily view the upcoming meetings.

Connect Users

Associate existing contacts with each meeting and add newly added contacts directly to your contacts list. COMING SOON: 1. Video Conference (VC) Timer Set Up directly in a related Telegram group

  1. Alert messages sent ahead of the meeting to remind users, with a customizable remidner schedule.

  2. AI-led meeting note taking via AI voice to transcription capability and the automated distribution of notes and summaries following the meeting; auto incorporated with the GrowthPulse System.

  3. Integration with the project management system to link meetings with specific projects or tasks

These upcoming features will transform the Manage Meetings functionality into a comprehensive meeting management system, streamlining the entire process from scheduling to follow-up. Stay tuned for these exciting updates!
